Day & Johnson has a pro-active and hands on approach to Project Management and a strong record of successfully managing construction projects from inception through to handover and final sign-off. Particular emphasis is placed upon the following aspects of Project Management
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Clients needs and priorities for the project.
- Management of third party risks eg incoming services, party wall issues, adjacent owners etc.
- Positive design and risk management.
- An emphasis on clear and precise communication between parties.
